We are a privately-held company, founded in 2000, specializing in the design of 3D integrated circuits. Since 2001, working with DARPA-sponsored research programs, we have developed a unique set of EDA tools for 3D integrated circuit design and analysis. In October 2007, in partnership with Micro Magic, Inc., we released the first commercial true 3D Mask Layout Editor, MAX-3D.

Our goal is simple:
To help IC designers maximize the benefits of 3D integration. We have over 12 years of design experience in 3D architectures ranging from CMOS sensor arrays to multi-core processors. We offer a complete array of design services from algorithmic analysis and functional specification to mask layout.
